Mental health is not a label that isolates you from the rest, we are all one, together we are better.  People with mental health issues can be helped by the following


  1. Value yourself, respect yourself and don’t think negative just positive 

  2. Setting realistic goals example setting goals for the day maybe something as well

  3. Taking care of your body physically so maybe exercising 

  4. Surround yourself with good people which means talk and stay with good people

  5. Learn how to deal with stress
